According to the NAR.realtor Statistics (August 2022 Report) shows 23,357 real estate agents working in Washington State. This is a pretty impressive number, especially when you compare it to other states in the US.
The Average Income of Realtors in Washington
The average pay for a real estate agent in Washington State is $112462 per year, according to indeed.com. This is a pretty good salary, especially when you consider the cost of living in the state.
