According to the NAR.realtor Statistics (August 2022 Report) shows 23,357 real estate agents working in Washington State. This is a pretty impressive number, especially when you compare it to other states in the US.

The Average Income of Realtors in Washington

The average pay for a real estate agent in Washington State is $112462 per year, according to indeed.com. This is a pretty good salary, especially when you consider the cost of living in the state. However, it’s important to keep in mind that this number can vary depending on experience, location, and other factors.

The median income for a real estate agent in Washington State is $87,000 a year. This means that half of all real estate agents in the state make more than this amount, and half make less.
